1. What are the days and hours that construction work can start and end?

Construction work is prohibited between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. weekdays, and between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on holidays and weekends. Chapter 20 Noise Control

2. When is a tree removal permit required for trees on my property?

Alterations to the footprint of the main house or accessory buildings; a raised deck; sheds or accessory buildings of any size; installation of a new fence or replacement of a fence for which no County permit was issued; retaining walls; pergolas or sunscreens attached to the main house or detached garage; installation of new or replacement external air conditioners (commonly referred to as “condensers”); swimming pools; and permanently anchored play equipment.

4. What’s the definition of the Village Right-of-Way?

Any land within the borders of the Village over which the Village has control, ownership, or which has been dedicated to public use, including any sidewalk or street.
