FY2024 Budget Process

The Village Board of Managers will hold a Budget Work Session on Monday, February 27, 2023 to review the Village Manager’s draft budget for the fiscal year that will begin on July 1, 2023 and end on June 30, 2024 (FY2024). The draft budget and related documents will be posted to this page by Friday, February 24.

Following the Board’s Budget Work Session on Monday, February 27, Village staff will make any Board requested modifications to the budget and circulate an amended draft to the Board in advance of the first Budget Public Hearing that will be held during the Board’s regular meeting on March 13, 2023. The amended draft and related documents will be posted to this page by Friday, March 10.

The Board will hold a Second Budget Public Hearing during its regular meeting on Monday, April 10. If applicable, an amended budget and related documents will be posted to this page by Friday, April 7.

An explanatory memo regarding the proposed FY2024 budget, drafted by Board Treasurer Mr. Gary Crockett, will be included in the April issue of the Crier.

The Board will adopt the FY2024 operating and capital budget during the Village’s Annual Meeting on Monday, April 17.
