Resolution No. 12-01-21 (Current Budget)
An ordinance to amend the fiscal year 2022 budget to authorize a $41,000.00 donation to the Friends of Chevy Chase Circle for its capital project in coordination with the National Park Service to install lighting in Chevy Chase Circle; create a new line item in the capital projects budget entitled "Chevy Chase Circle Lighting Project", and transfer $41,000 from reserves to the "Chevy Chase Circle Lighting Project" line item to fund the expenditure.
Resolution No. 09-02-21
An ordinance to amend the fiscal year 2022 budget to transfer $24,800 from reserves to the “Public Works Vehicle Purchases” line item in the capital equipment budget to fund the purchase of one fully outfitted trash collection truck and one fully outfitted pickup truck.

An ordinance to amend the fiscal year 2022 budget to transfer $10,000 from reserves to the “Equipment, Computer Server” line item in the capital projects budget to fund the cost of migrating the accounting system from a server to a cloud-based platform.

FY2022 Budget Process
The Village Board of Managers held its Budget Work Session on Monday, February 22.
Following the Board’s Budget Work Session on Monday, February 22, Village staff made requested modifications to the budget and circulated an amended draft to the Board in advance of the March 8 Public Hearing. The amended draft is posted to this page as well.
The Board held a Public Hearing on the draft budget during its regular meeting on Monday, March 8, followed by a second Public Hearing on the budget during its Monday, April 12 regular meeting.
An explanatory memo regarding the budget was drafted by Board Treasurer Mr. Gary Crockett and included in the April issue of the Crier.
The Board adopted the FY2022 operating and capital budget during the Village’s Annual Meeting on Monday, April 19.
