- The following Resolution was adopted by the Village Board on October 14, 2019 and amends Chapter 8 of the Village Code: Resolution No. 10-02-19-- An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 8, "Buildings and Building Regulations", Sec. 8-16, "Residential Building Construction Prohibitions", to allow encroachment into the front yard setback for steps used to access the main structure when necessitated by compliance with Montgomery County Building Standards for Riser Height and Depth of Tread, including when the encroachment would violate a covenant.
- The following Resolution was adopted by the Village Board on October 14, 2019 and amends Chapter 8 of the Village Code: Resolution No. 10-03-19-- An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 8, "Buildings and Building Regulations", Sec. 8-24, "Swimming Pools and Outdoor Therapeutic Baths", to clarify that front, side and rear yard setbacks apply to therapeutic baths and that a protective cover is not required for an outdoor therapeutic bath if enclosed by a fence of the dimensions required for swimming pools, to exclude portable swimming pools from the requirement for protective covers, and to adopt conforming changes.
- The following Resolution was adopted by the Village Board on June 10, 2019 and amends Chapters 8 and 25 of the Village Code: Resolution No. 06-01-19: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 8, “Buildings and Building Regulations”, Sec. 8-1, “Definitions”, Sec. 8-16, “Residential building construction prohibitions”, Sec. 8-21, “Installation and maintenance of fences, walls, trees, hedges, shrubbery, lamp posts, hand rails and arbors” and Chapter 25, “Public Rights-of-Way”, Sec. 25-1, “Definitions” and Sec. 25-6, “Structures, fences, walls, lamp posts, hand rails, trees, hedges and shrubbery in public right-of way” to define landscape lighting, clarify that landscape lighting on private property does not require a Building Permit, provide that installation of landscape lighting in the public rights-of-way does not require a Special Permit, but continues to require a license, and to adopt conforming changes.

- Tree Species of Little Value, pursuant to Sec. 17-3 (c) of the Village's Urban Forest Ordinance
- The following Resolution was adopted by the Village Board on February 10, 2020 and amends Chapters 6, 17, and 25 of the Village Code: Resolution No. 02-01-20: An Ordinance to amend Chapter 25, “Public Rights-of-Way” Article I, “General Provisions” to repeal, reenact, and amend Sec. 25-8, “Trees in the public right-of-way”; Sec. Chapter 6, “Penalties, Fees And Fines”, Sec. 6-2, “Fees and charges for permits and services” and Sec. 6-3, “Municipal Infraction Fines”; Chapter 8, “Buildings and Building Regulations”, Sec. 8-10, “Review procedures”; and Chapter 17, “Urban Forest”, Sec. 17-4, “Appeals”; to provide a procedure for removal of trees in the Village rights-of-way to accommodate private improvements on adjoining properties, to set fees for application, reforestation, and conservation, to set a fine for non-compliance, to require that decisions be issued promptly for appeals filed under Chapters 8, 17 and 25, and to make conforming changes.

- The following Resolution was adopted by the Village Board on January 14, 2019 and amends Chapters 6 and 25 of the Village Code: Resolution No. 01-01-19-- An Emergency Ordinance to amend Chapter 25, “Public Rights-of-Way” to divide the Chapter into Article I, “General Provisions” and Article II, “Wireless Telecommunications Facilities in Public Rights-of-Way", to repeal, reenact, and amend Sec. 25-4, “Overhead or Underground Wires, Cables, Hoses and Pipes, and Similar Facilities”, to reserve Sec. 25-12 and Sec. 25-13, and to include Sec. 25-1 through 25-13 in Article I; to enact Article II, Sec. 25-14, “Purpose And Scope”, Sec. 25-15, “Definitions”, Sec. 25-16, “General Standards For Wireless Telecommunications Facilities in the Rights-of-Way”, Sec. 25-17, “Application Submission Requirements”, Sec. 25-18, “Termination of Permit/Breach”, Sec. 25-19, “Infrastructure Owned or Controlled by the Village”, Sec. 25-20, “Insurance”, Sec. 25-21, “Make-Ready Work”, Sec. 25-22, “Right-Of -Way Repair”, Sec. 25-23, “Facilities No Longer Needed”, and Sec. 25-24, “Surety Bonds”, and to amend Chapter 6, “Penalties, Fees and Fines, Sec. 6-2, “Fees and Charges for Permits and Services”, and Sec. 6-3, “Municipal Infraction Fines”, to provide for certain standards and regulations relating to the location of small wireless telecommunications towers, antennas, and other structures within the Village's Public Rights-of-Way or on Village Property, consistent with federal and state law, provide for a fine, fee and annual charge and to make conforming changes.
